It looks like a Chi Omega song is listed here.

My sisters and I were trying to figure out the lyrics to the KKG one but it gets really fast during the chorus. =\ We have played it at date parties, though.

I got to see him perform at AOII Convention in 2009 in Tampa! The AOII song is my ringtone for all of the AOIIs in my phone!
