Sorry to throw this in there, but from what I understand a lavalier can be just any charm with the letters on it, is this correct? For example, could he maybe get a crescent charm (for Lambda Chi) and have his letters engraved onto it?

Yeah, he could definitely do that. As long as it wasn't the size of a crescent moon (the actual Moon).

Geez...

I know this thread is kinda old but damn ladies, lay off the guy. I happen to be a Lambda Chi Sweetheart (my daddy is a brother) and I know that personally I've looked for larger size lavaliers. You always see them on the shows and the movies but finding them is really hard. I can't stand how little they always come. I have pride in my sorority and would love letters bigger than 3/4 inch. If I was being lavaliered by a gentlemen of Lambda Chi I would be damn proud to have a larger set. My favorite that I've unfortunately only seen in Scream 2 is the lavalier that Sydney's bf gives to her by singing in the lunch hall. Those are a perfect size. Not super tiny but amazing I hope you found what you're looking for Chopper and if you did please let me know so I can find them as well.

Only Mr. T could rock a 2-1/2" long lavalier.

Wow. That's impressive. Are you over 100 years old?
