I plan on changing the channel when Kate comes on. She just needs to go.

I actually liked Brooke and think she will only get better at hosting.

Okay, as much as I abhor Kate, I actually felt sorry for how BAD she was. It was like watching that tennis star that was on a few years ago - all stiff and awkward with unpointed feet, etc. Yuck! And let's hand it to Tony who was whipping her into shape asap by asking, "Are you into this at all because you act like you don't like it" Go Tony!

I was pleasantly surprised by Jake - he was decent. Now, let's stop giving him opportunities to wax poetic about Vienna and we might be able to stomach him for another 6 weeks.

Hate Kate and seriously wish, hope, desire that she get into some therapy to explore her issues...maybe a televised TLC documentary about her journey to self discovery that she is an insecure woman with a LOT of baggage. Now THAT is the reality tv opportunity she should pursue

Kate was PAINFUL to watch, from her obvious issues to her "dancing." People need to spare whatever dignity she has left and vote her off.

I still like Niecy and Evan.

Yes, Kate is hideous. I never watched her show with the kids, and felt sorry for her when her husband left, but now I'm thinking she might be impossible to live with. Her poor children

The one I find PAINFUL to watch is Buzz Aldren. It is so sad to see him trying so hard, but clearly not able to remember the steps and keep up. My dad is 84, and he is so awesome, and a pretty good dancer, but there is NO WAY he could learn those routines. Age takes a toll, and hurts me to see its effects.

I LOVE Niecy, she's a hoot. Evan is great and I think he'll get better as the season progresses.

Pussy Cat Doll shouldn't even be in the competition! She already looks like one of the pros! I just have a problem with them picking these performers who clearly have a ton of dance training and working with choreographers. Even if they've never taken a day of ballroom, they're used to learning steps quickly and already know how to shake it!

Oh well, she is amazing to watch even though she's a total ringer!

Jake - go home! It even seems like Chelsea doesn't like him!! Remember how fun she was to watch with Ty and Louie? She's lost her fun spark with Jake - he sucks the life out of people!!

Also, Pamela Anderson is gross, period...

I really thought Evan would go all the way.

Yeah, the Olympic streak is broken.

I dunno. I thought Nicole was AMAZING. But I still sort of feel like she had an advantage. No, PCD dancing isn't ballroom, but she still is well-versed in learning choreography. And Derek was brilliant in choreographing to her strengths (So was Anna with Evan).

Oh well. I'm still proud of sister Erin!

I was definitely rooting for Erin, as the star who came the furthest and had the least amount of related training (although she was a cheerleader). Evan seemed nice but I didn't enjoy watching him all that much throughout the season, he wasn't great at showing emotion until near the end.

But... I'm glad Nicole won, because if she hadn't it would've been a shame. Especially when the judges call her the best (star) dancer ever on the show and said she deserved to win. It also seemed like Evan & Anna's final dance was worth 10s but they gave two 9s to help Nicole win, because they thought she deserved it.

I vote for getting stars who don't have as much choregraphy training in the future so that someone else can have a shot at it.

Agreed (except for being glad Nicole won ) - the judges have basically been calling for a Nicole win for the past three weeks (I forget exactly what was said, but a coworker and I both agreed at that point they might as well have handed over the trophy then).

Erin was one of my favorites all season, and I was glad she did so well and bummed she didn't make it to the last 2 - even though they did get to do their "last" choreographed dance
