I know in my chapter we've had women stay for an extra year or semester who have chosen to stay active (usually girls in 5 year programs). Others decide to go alum. I believe that we allow a fifth year, but I don't know our policy on part time students. We do currently have a sister who is here an extra semester to finish some credits, but she is an alum who stops by our house quite often. Check with your exec board on the matter...I believe staying active past four years is a choice, but I'm not sure how it works with part time students.
