LOL! That is a good one!
I've always thought Edwards was a phony. If it is proven/shown he used campaign funds to cover his ass in this affair I hope he serves jail time for it.

It's pretty classy calling a toddler "it," when we all know the baby is female.
Gross-ass Ken doll wannabe.

I read on CNN or in the Washington Post that she had advised him to admit to it when the story was first leaked, but he was afraid of the fall out. She went along with his fabricated story like any good political wife, which we all know lie as much as their lying, cheating husbands!

The book is called Game Changers (the same book that got Harry Reid in trouble) and according to the book, she's not classy at all.
Even if the book didn't come out, I still wouldn't call her classy. I don't know her like that, she's a politicians wife, which means she knows how to play the cameras as well, if not better than the politician.

Yeah, that's what I meant.
ETA: Thanks BluPhire. I think it is Game Change actually. I read the excerpt in New York magazine.

Wow. Stereotype much?
You know, it's probably worth remembering that she wasn't a politician's wife for the first 49 years of her life. John Edwards didn't become at all politically active, much less run for office, until he ran for and was elected to the US Senate in 1998. The decision to seek office was prompted, at least in part, by the death of their teenage son. Up until 1998, Elizabeth Edwards was pretty much just another lawyer, lawyer's wife and mother. When the 2004 presidential race came around, the Edwards had the political experience of one Senate term.
I'm not disputing what Game Change describes at all. But I am suggesting that perhaps it is a bit unfair to completely dismiss her "classiness" based on the fact that she was a politician's wife and on her behavior during the most recent (and highly stressful -- cancer, affair, child) 8 years without any reference to her life prior to the presidential campaigns.

I think it is a sorry mess all the way around-and my heart bleeds for their kids. It's almost like a kid's perfect storm-mom dealing with terminal cancer, dad slutting around and impregnating a woman who is not their mom, finding out you have a new baby sister from said woman, mom and dad possibly divorcing/living separately, and a book that says that your mom is a witch. And everyone knowing about it all. Rough, rough, rough.

"John Edwards" and "sex tape" in the same title make me want to throw up every time I read it.
That is all.

I found it gross that they alluded to him being well-endowed. TMI.
