For real chica?

You need to take that on somewhere. Plese trust and believe that my sorors are not at all pressed about you. Please trust and believe that they are not posting on some message board about some DZ and why she didn't pledge AKA. They are not thinking about you that hard. You on the other hand....

If you are happy with your decision, why are you coming over here signifying? Seriously? Your org has a forum too. Why don't you make your way over there and fellowship with your sisters instead of coming here and trying to start mess with mine.

It's really not me. I don't do sock puppets.

I also don't believe the original poster is Harmisha. I think somebody that doesn't like her is trying to start shit.

We know it's silly season. On my campus, both AKA and Delta are integrated as are two of the predominantly white sororities and frats. It's simply not an issue anymore if you don't want to make it an issue.

The OP also posted this, as well as noted her chapter and school on several other posts (more than most people do), so you might be right about that:

Harmisha Hoggatt
I am a newly initiated member, i was officially a DZ November 22 2009
Epsilon Sigma Chapter At Wayne State University in Detroit Michigan
I love my sisters not just in my chapter but all over!!!

I saw that too. However, it also follows two other posts where the posters gave their first and last name. She was probably just modeling her post after theirs.

I am not convinced that it is a troll. I think Mimi is just silly and she needs to do better.

K_S, don't encourage that child.

Not to say that anyone should question your choice in a sorority, but you also shouldnt rule out something because a few people may not be living up to what you feel their standards should be. Also, something to keep in mind many things they do might not be on campus for you to see...its community service...operative phrase being community

What does it matter? i feel more comfortable with who i choose and furthermore on this perticular campus AKA doesnt do much and i feel like i dont need to be in a organization because of my race.
OMG....thats all I can say

Also, something to keep in mind many things they do might not be on campus for you to see...its community service...operative phrase being community.....Meaning that the focus of community service is being out in the actual community not just on the campus they are chartered at so she may not see many of the things they do

clear???

The OP is already a member of a sorority. What would she be "ruling out"?

So, no, it's not clear.

Well what I thought was common knowledge amongst Greeks at least members of BGLO's was that you could not be in two sororities what were a part of the NPHC. Being that her sorority is not a part of the Divine Nine Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. (and all BGLS for that matter) are still an option for her...hence her ruling them out.

Feel free to ask for clarification on any other parts of my post that are vague or unclear to you.
