Sigma Kappa’s chapter at Louisiana Tech recently received the
“3 Star Standards of Excellence Award, the highest honor given to chapters who excel throughout the year, and a certificate for academic achievement. Criteria for the Standards of Excellence Award include high performance in membership recruitment, financial management, philanthropy, scholarship, public relations, ritual, leadership, new member education, alumnae relations and campus involvement. “

Our highest award is our Chapter of the Triennium (awarded every three years at our Convention.) Alpha Chi chapter at Murray State received the award in 2013.

We also award Chapter of the Year annually. The 2014 Chapter of the Year is Nu (Truman State.)

ADPi awards the Maxine Blake Golden Lion award at our Convention every two years. I haven't been able to find a full list of chapters that won it at Convention this year, since it just ended, but I know that mine (Zeta Nu) was one of them So far I've seen tweets saying that Theta Beta-Coastal Carolina University, Beta Tau-University of Akron, Gamma Phi-East Tennessee State University, Epsilon Nu-Ashland University, Epsilon Zeta-Texas State University, Alpha Gamma-University of Missouri, and Zeta Nu-Clemson University have all won this year.
