I'm involved with greek life here at Penn State and although my chapter is only an associate panhell member, I love every minute of it. Penn State has great opportunity for greeks - Greek Sing and Homecoming in the fall, canning and fundraising for THON in the winter (it is the #1 student run philanthropy in the world.. this February we raised 7.4 million ALONE), as well as Greek Week in the spring.
Greek life has some negative connotations on campus but overall, the amount of good the community does is unbelievable.
