remind me to never ask u for anything
and if i remember correctly somebody told me during the first week of school that in order to pledge u have to do community service hours

But you knew that already because you had been researching these fraternities, correct?
We know the requirements. It's just unfortunate when aspirants (and members) treat community service as something on a checklist rather than a true interest and commitment.

i dont treat community service as something on a checklist. ill do it even if none of the frats let me pledge. After all that is the main idea of the frat. what other reasons would i be all interested in joining?

I always thought that the best way to get to know ANY organization or learn anything about it was to get off of the internet and make friends with members in real life.
I could be wrong though.
