When we had our sub-coucil events it was common for everyone to bring there lines/classes
Just a regular event no probate

OK. I was confused by the wording.
Like I said earlier, the norm down here seemed to be collaboration between the "linked" organizations (LTP/LTA, SLB/SLG, etc), but organizations usually came out to support their peers.

Most of the trash talking that I see about "OMG WE PLEDGE FOR 324,111 WEEKS!" has been online.

Psi Sigma Phi came out in force to Theta Nu Xi's founding line Emergence at Ramapo College. PSP had just one pledge, but you best believe he was posted up against a wall gritting through the entire performance.

It gave a real aura of diversity of choice but at the same time a real sense of unity (not sure why). Rarely was there really much discussion of who pledged harder. Again my personal experience only.

I like this. When I was an undergrad, my org. was the only LGLO on campus, so I did not get to experience events like coming out/probates, "Meet the Greeks," picnics, etc. There were just two Latino fraternities within reasonable driving distance at the time, and my own org. only had one other chapter in the region back then. However, the area and my old campus saw an "LGLO explosion" around 2002-2003 and LGLO life continues to thrive.

^This is east coast, correct? I am not super familiar with the student demographics on many east coast campuses, but is it a sufficient pool for having so many organizations? Some of these schools have a TON of LGLOs!

Well my school was really big on Greek life. and it had about 15,000 students. But most schools had around I think 5-7 chapters of LGLO and MGLO. My school had 13 different LGLO's and MGLO's when I graduated.

My alma mater has the following LGLOs (in order of chapter founding):
Lambda Theta Nu
Gamma Zeta Alpha
Phi Lambda Rho
Lambda Theta Alpha
Then there are chapters of the following orgs., and honestly, I do not know whether they consider themselves to be LGLOs anymore:
Nu Alpha Kappa
Sigma Lambda Gamma
Sigma Lambda Beta
In terms of multicultural-founded organizations:
Kappa Psi Epsilon Sorority
Sigma Alpha Zeta Sorority
Sigma Delta Sigma Sorority
Tau Theta Pi Sorority
Zeta Phi Rho Fraternity
