I know how you feel. My sorority is only a few years old and we are having issues with keeping members. Our fall pledges nearly doubled our size, but then several of them dropped or transferred. Then we had several seniors graduate. Its very scary. Keep positive though and really get your name out if you can. I know we have a very small campus so it's easier to do that, but honestly just talking to girls seems to be the best way we have to recruit the type of girls we want in our family. I hope all goes well and you aren't the only chapter having these issues!
