My sisters and I always watched 'Shag'! I love that movie! Someone mentioned Girls Just Wanna Have Fun, which is a good fun movie too! I like Head Over Heels too...just because of Freddie Prinze Jr.!

For a happy/sad one, Return to Me. Have y'all seen this!? Ohmygod, I can't even listen to the opening credits without starting to cry!

Some ideas are:

Finding Nemo
Divine Secrets of the YaYa Sisterhood
Legally Blonde
Thelma & Louise
Zoolander (It's so dumb that you can talk right through it!)
Lately, we've been interested in Sex & The City, and have been having Sex & The City nights...

We don't usually watch the whole movie, because we like to talk through them, but it is always great to have something!

Where the Heart Is

that's a great one, we watched it for sisterhood right after I got initiated, it's especially great for Sigma's since a sigma wrote it.

This past year, my roommate and I lived in the biggest room on the Kappa hall, so we would always have tons of people over watching movies. One of the favorites (not for sisterhood related material, but for humor) is "Best in Show." One lady in it is Stifler's mom/Legally Blonde hair/manicurist friend and also the dad from American Pie.... it's really funny!

We also love to watch Sex and the City and Felicity on DVD.

There's a very cute, sweet movie that was made in 1986 called Shag, starring Phoebe Cates and Bridget Fonda. It came right on the heels of Dirty Dancing and is about a group of girls who just graduate highschool and spend a weekend at Myrtle Beach. Each girl has her own problem she's dealing with but it's very much about how they are all there for one another. BTW, Shag is not the Austin Power type of "Shag" but it's a type of dance they used to do in the South, kinda like the fox trot or swing dancing type of thing. Anywho it's cute and whenever my sisters and I are staying in for the night, we watch this movie... or Wet Hot American Summer but that movie has NOTHING to do with sisterhood, it's just a hilarious movie!
