Lana sweetie -
God HAS blessed you with many things, perhaps they just haven't been utilized to the fullest, but don't put yourself down, cause you don't deserve it.
I used to have a MAJOR boob fixation (probably the result of having the 2 biggest busted girls in my junior high in my gym class) and always worried that I was too flat chested - until I met guys who liked legs, butts and (gasp!) personality and humor more than boobs. Just make sure you are doing it for YOU and not to attract some dingaling.
My only concern is - I heard that once you get implants, your breasts have no feeling in them. AGGH!! I mean, what's the point??!?

Lana babe, the fact that you said "God did not bless me with very many things qualities both inner and outer", means that there's something esle going on besides the breast issue. I have no doubt that you have tons of great qualities. The thing is you have to find them and play on them. Never put yourself down like this
I have to agree with Volgirl, having a chest is not always what its cracked up to be. I started developing the summer of 5th grade was one of the only girls in the class to. Needless to say we all know how fifth grade boys can act. It wasnt the funnest of years. By ninth grade I graduated to a C and now im a damn D and HATE IT!(doesnt help that im only 5'2 too)
When you run it can be a pain. Not just cuz if you're not wearing thr right bra, they go everywhere, but also b/c ppl tend to stare at you more. Buying shirts like Volgirl said is a complete pain in the a**. While you would normally wear a medium, you have to get a large of XL. While there are some shirts that you need boobs for, there are plenty more cute shirts that boobs look ridiculous in. I will say however, that I can sleep on my stomach w/o a bra just fine though. And the backless thing is true too, while you can sometimes pull it off, 95% of the time you cant. You become the butt of peoples jokes and after awhile it gets annoying. A secretary where I work tells me they're the first thing she sees whenever I walk in. One "friend" even wrote in my HS yearbook, "Hey this summer maybe you can pick us up some guys with those things." For the love of God woman im trying to shrink mine!
But you need to do what you feel is best. If your going to do it, I personally wouldnt recommend going to a D and like everyone said read more into the surgery and its risk. Especially if you plan on having children and breastfeeding one day. I believe that I read somewhere that toxins from the implants can get into the breastmilk and pass to the children. Hope things work out.

I am convinced that boobs are just like anything else; they go in and out of style. Back when I first got mine (sorry, didn't really know how else to phrase that!), they were out of style. All the top models were skinny Aryan-looking women with chests like ironing boards. So, a dark haired, brown-eyed girl with a chest such as myself was definitely not in fashion at the time. Now, however, my body type is "in", but who's to say what will be considered the "ideal look" next year??
What I'm trying to say, Lana, is that before you consider making a permanent change, make sure that you are doing it so that you can look in the mirror and be happy with what you see. For YOU. Don't do it because you think guys will like it or other women will see and be envious. Think to yourself, when pancake chests are back in style, will you still be happy with the implants?
If, after much thought, the answer is "yes", then I say to go for it. I honestly see nothing wrong with plastic surgery, just as long as you're doing it to make yourself happy.

Lana,
I liked what Carnation, Aephi, Iowahawkeye, and Killarney Rose said.
Your just going to have to decide for yourself if thats going to be enough to make you happy. Its your body and nobody can make that decision but you. I personally could care less how big a girls chest is. I think it really depends on the girl like makeup. Like some girls look great with lots of makeup and some dont. Maybe thats not a good analogy LOL But what I'm trying to say is......If a guy isnt interested in you unless your chest is a certin size theres something wrong there. He should love you for you and not love you just because you have a certin sized chest. I hope that made sense. Just remember the only person you should be doing this for is yourself. If it was me I would really question it mainly because from my experience I had a cornea transplant where I had 8 months of recovery time where I had to get used to this boys cornea being in my body. It was really tough. I'm fine now but that was not a optional procedure. I just know that from what I know about implants if I was a girl I would never get one.
Kevin

Kevin did you word your quote wrong? You wrote," If a guy doesn't love you for how big your chest is than something is wrong there."
Or maybe you meant that?????

Gee Kevin, I think it was a Freudian slip.
You know, writing this after a night out I was looking back in my memory and mentally reviewing a lot of the girls I have been with and recalled that 36 C was a really nice size to hang out with lol. Not to say that I wasn't pleased with the myriads of other samples that were offered, they just stuck out in my memory, and since this is an odd Thread I thought I would share it.
Look, you obviously want them, if you can get the cash get them. There is no philosophical difference between Breast Augmentation and a 16 year old nose job, face lift, eye tuck, or other plastic surgery. And since some women sre getting face lifts until their ears meet (and they need them), I see no problem with breasts being modified.
ITs only about 3 grand so do it.
On as serious a note as 3 long island ice teas will allow me, There was a book Called Psychocybernetics that started the self help book craze, by Maltz. He was a polastic surgeoun that developed his theories after watching people's changes after plastic surgery. He would find that some people would get some small almost not noticeable alteration and within three weeks their entire personality would change. Other people would get drastic changes and come out a classical beauty but would still be self conscious and inhibited. He developed his theories on Self image from this. As someone with a degree in physch I would say hius findings are a of a lot more ueslful than other theories that I ahve come across.
Go get your new breasts you'll probably be happier, but se some good bras first to test te reaction of people around you. Especially if you go to places where people don;t already know you.

Have you considered doing a "trial run" with something like a Water Bra? Those things are damn amazing.
I'm a 36C, but even I have trouble buying shirts sometimes. Those cute button-down rugby shirts that were in style this year pull terribly on me at the buttons. It leaves you 2 choices, leave it unbuttoned fairly low (thus giving a view) or leave it buttoned to where you are comfortable and have the buttons pull and give a "peek-a-boo" view.
There are good sides and bad sides to both ends of the spectrum. I wouldn't put my body under the knife for something that can be achieved with some Victoria's Secret magic.

Girl you are alive! Believe me that is a blessing in and of itself.
Your post makes me want to feel very sad for you, but suspicious at the same time. I feel suspicious becase I have known people who said the same kinds of things, all because they wanted attention, and found that playing for sympathy worked.
I don't know you or your posts well enough to judge what kind of person you are, but your post here makes me feel very sad for you regardless. I think that breast implants for you would not be a great idea. What you need is to believe in yourself and go after a better breed of man, not bigger breasts.
Good luck!

Sleeping on my stomach is a joke - its like if I do I almost look like Im sleeping on a ramp lol - so uncomfortable! I would like to add - I am considering a reduction, so I wont look like a porno star anymore...but I see the surgery for that and it freaks me out even more.

I am very small in the chest area, but I don't have a problem with it! I like being able to sleep on my stomach and all those other things everyone else mentioned. If a guy won't date you unless you've got big breasts, then the guy isn't worth dating. And as far as enhancement just for your own confidence, you can get padded bras, wonderbras, air bras (I have one of these, it's great!) or water bras (though I have heard funny horror stories about these leaking... lol). Be happy with who you are! If you have confidence in yourself, other people will be attracted to that, no matter what your cup size!
