Hi! I'm a panhellenic sister (Alpha Epsilon Phi) browsing this forum and just wanted to say thanks for making me aware of this website as a lot of the pins are from my school.

So I like to go on Ebay every couple months to see if there are pins being sold... But when I went on a few days ago, I got really excited! There is a 1945 pearl lined badge that a seller got from an estate sale and posted for just $12!
Since this is in my price range, I decided I am going to 'rescue' this poor forsaken badge and wear it as my own. I checked in the national database, the original owner, Ruth Moyer, is deceased- otherwise, I would have tried to contact her.
It's strange circumstances, but I'm praying no one outbids me in the next 3 days so I can proudly wear this vintage badge around my own chapter!

I'll wish you luck because many collectors tend to wait until the last minute and then bid hundreds of dollars on the pins.

I hope you get it though. I'd prefer the pins to remain in SK hands than collectors.

Wow I just read the story they have on there and there is actually some things I did not know about her. That picture is so expensive! I hope a Sigma Kappa buys it!
