Please pray for a Nu Beta member. She is in ICU in B'ham, AL. She was in a motorcycle accident last Friday. Her condition is not looking very good, as her brain is swelling still. Please keep her and her family and her three younger sister in your prayers.

Silver, I hope Mr. S feels better today. I'm thinking of you both!

Glitter, thanks for letting us know about this terrible accident. Here's hoping that the swelling goes down soon.

Thanks so much for the prayers. Mr. Silver has been in and out the doctors all day, and sure enough, he broke his ankle.

I am SO sorry to hear about the Nu Beta. Please keep us informed of her progress....

Silver

Is MrSliver OK? Tasha how did your decision making process go?

My thoughts are with the Xi sister and her family at this time for their tragic loss!

Now I need some. My daughter had what we thought was a dislocated finger. Apparently it's called a tringer finger (even though it's her thumb!) and we have 2 month surgery window to have it fixed before she risks permanent damage. The surgery in the grand scheme of things is not anything big - but my little girl under local anesthesia. The Dr did promise me a full general anesthesia so that i could get through it. I'll let you know as soon as it's scheduled to let you know when it is.

PM for a site that tells about our AOII sister's updates... I don't want to post it on here for fear of weirdos posting strange stuff on the site...

sorry for not updating sooner...

everything worked out wonderful... my pastor and i prayed together that God would open one door so wide i couldn't help but fall through and close one soo tight that no air could even sneak through and of course God provided...

I have taken a job teaching at a local private school... big pay cut... but i am loving it.....

i am also coaching varsity volleyball. It is great... nothing i EVER thought I would do... but so far it is amazing (ok so it has only been one week but so far so good.) thanks for your prayers.... I told the school when i accepted the job that I had sisters all of the country praying for me.... they looked at me kinda strange.. so i explained... i am sooooo truly lukcy to have you all

tasha

ps all of your prayer requests are on my heart as well.....

Oh no! I'm glad to hear it's apparently easily fixed, even though anesthesia is always scary. Let me know if I can do *anything*.

Roses,
C

I have been so busy that I haven't been on here in a few days, and it looks like a lot has happened.
I did hear about the Nu Beta sister who was in a motorcycle accident, I received an email from HQ about it.
Snowlady--I am so sorry about your daughter. I remember how frustrated you were with that when I was up there. At least now you know what it is. Hang in there, I know having your child go through surgery is heart-wrenching, I've been there too!
I will be praying for you!

Roses,
K

The mother of one of my dearest friends went into the hospital for an outpatient procedure last Wednesday. Unfortunately, there were some serious complications which landed her into the ICU by Saturday. I just learned that she suffered even more complications this afternoon/evening. Because of the latest complications, her doctors intubated her and placed her into a coma.

For those of you who pray, please remember Tracy's mom in your prayers. If you're like me and not necessarily the prayer type, I'll ask you to please send some positive healing thoughts and good wishes her way. Thank you all for reading this.

Roses,
Christin

Well, BabyPanda has hand surgery on October 4th.

But I understand that AOIIAlum might need some healing prayers for a car accident this weekend. Speedy Recovery! Hope everyone is OK! (were you alone or with the fam?)
