I like a little Burt Baccarach, followed by Cat Stevens and Carole King. Top it off with some James Taylor and Teddy Pendergrass

I usually put my iPod on shuffle, but recently I've been working out to:
Prodigy - smack my bitch up, firestarter, etc.. from the Fat of the Land CD
Linkin Park and LP Jay-z
Depeche Mode- question of time
B.Spears - Toxic remix(I hate her but the techno beat is great for cardio

Anyone know what the cool techno song in the middle of shaun of the dead is called (not White Lines)...I've been looking for it and it's not on the soundtrack.

I think I've perfected my workout playlist - obv that will change every 30 seconds, but whatever. Also, there are some fruity selections, but shut up.

Nappy Roots - "Headz Up"
Beatnuts - "Watch Out Now"
Roots w/ Talib Kweli - "Rolling with Heat"
Clipse - "When the Last Time" (the reason you're there)
Vitalic - "No Fun"
Atmosphere - "Watch Out"
Prodigy - "Voodoo People"
Ladytron - "Destroy Everything You Touch"
Young Jeezy w/ Jay Z - "Go Crazy (remix)"
Basement Jaxx - "Red Alert"
WuTang - "Do You Really (thang thang)"
Grayskul - "Prom Quiz" (absolutely ridiculous)
Jay Z - "Dirt Off Your Shoulder"
Meat Beat Manifesto - "I Am Organic"
The Streets - "Has It Come To This"
Lady Sovereign - "Random"
MOP - "Ante Up"
Edan - "Torture Chamber"
Basement Jaxx - "Romeo"
Meat Beat Manifesto - "I Am Electro"
Zion I - "Cheeba Cheeba"
Atmosphere - "Tears for Sheep"
Nappy Roots - "Awnaw"
White Stripes - "Blue Orchid"
Vitalic - "My Friend Dario"
Quannum - "I Changed My Mind"
Nelly - "Come Over"
The Streets - "Weak Become Heros"
Beatnuts w/ Method Man - "Se Acabo"
Lady Sovereign - "A Little Bit of Shhhh"

Ahh young grasshopper, where there is no treadmill, there can be no boredom!!!! (and that's why I have some more angry stuff set in there...raise the heart rate to Zone 2, then bring it back, then raise it again, then let it back...plus some of the stuff has great beat to match cadence with).

I can't stand the treadmill...I don't care if it IS freezing here in Belfast, I'll take my run by Belfast Lough over staring at a wall for an hour. I need to feel the ground under my feet, and get used to pounding the concrete.

This is what I get to pass every day:

err...yep, sorry!! Stupid of me.

Op Ivy-Unity
and
The Code-Unity

are the same song, by 2 different bands. The Code are a Pittsburgh based band that sound a LOT like op-ivy, but with a Pittsburgh twist. They toured with the Suicide machines for a while...nice guys too.

Okay, that link I gave you wasn't working (not that you checked it out) here's another: http://www.zaycev.net/pages/111/11109.shtml

Now...the page is completely in Russian text, but you will find a link that looks like this: [mp3] next to a few other choices. Right click, save as, and POOF. You have a 6.18MB mp3 file with the full song! Actual song is 4m30s long.

If it still doesn't work, PM me and I'll email the song to you. PiKA2001, this would definitely be a song for you.

Hey does anyone feel like YSI/Sendspacing me a gym playlist, like at least an hour and a half long? I need a new one.

I'll YSI mine to anyone if they want it (it's different than the one posted a year ago, but some of the songs are the same).
