When this house was built, it was in the record books for most levels in a residential house. This isnt the best picture of it, but this is a beautiful building

I've only seen a few Beta houses in person but I think that overall it looks like Beta Theta Pi has amazing properties. The Ole Miss, Beta Beta Chapter, has a very nice chapter house. They have been doing lots of improvements and lots of renovations in the past two years.

Sorry to crash, but here is a photo of the Beta House at University of Washington
This is the Beta house at University of British Columbia, in construction (was just over in the area last night)
Details
Our brand new $2 million, 10,000 sq ft house is ready for fall residence. Plan now to live in the BETA house for the 2005/2006 academic year. Single rooms and double rooms available, full time cook, study/computer room, internet, utilities, FREE parking, laundry facilities and more…. all minutes away from the centre of campus. Rooms have custom made high end wood desks, wardrobes, beds and bookcases. Rent is cheaper than UBC residence and our location is ideal. Located 100 metres east of University Blvd at 2140 Wesbrook Mall, it is an easy 5 minute walk to all main campus buildings and athletic facilities.
/end crash

I have to agree -- U of I's beta house is BEAUTIFUL. I'd post a pic but I'm on my friend's mac and I don't know how to get pic URLs... but University of Washington has a sweet one as well, I used to hang out there a couple of years ago.

I so wish we could get a new house here at WVU. Ours is almost 80 years old. It's really distinctive, but we need some major upgrades.
I think I would like to keep basically the same look, but just make everything a little larger, have an open basement, and add an additional wing on the back to house more people.

Just be thankful you guys have the houses you do! We have only been around like 13 years, and still rent a normal college house (well, so do all the greeks here)....see pic. above for the Oshkosh house.
Our chapter would KILL for a house like any of the ones in this thread....

See, Denison has a weird situation. All fraternities were kicked out of their houses in 1995. So, we dont live in our house, freshman do. The fraternity owns the house and rents it, so we are still allowed to have our letter own it, but we can not live in the house, and well, it blows. We would give our left leg for that opportunity. Instead, along with the rest of the campus, we live in dorm rooms. The school will not allow anyone to rent houses off campus. Sometimes it kind of feels like Big Brother (and I mean that in the Orwell sense, not the fraternity sense)
On a side note, both of your houses look kick ass, even if it is rented.
