We have 14 houses, but only 12 participate in Formal Recruitment (one is a local, not in Pan yet, and the other is working on it as well (Ceres)). We usually do all the different colors for the shirts, and Pan picks them out so eventually, everyone gets the icky colors (seafoam green and the like..). This last year, we had a "We stand united" theme, and all the shirts were shades of red, white and blue, which worked out pretty well.
