If after reading these threads you dont find an answer your questions you can use the search function to find more. In addition, if your school doesnt have a sorority on your campus, then you cant join one at your school. Realistically if the campus were to allow you to start a local one, you'd most likely be graduated from the university before you would be able to get it off the ground. Sororities dont form overnight (at least not those that last).
