Where did you hear about Will and Jada having an open marriage at? I have never heard that. But if it is true I'm HELLA bad about it. Just when you think you have something to lokk forward to. This is why families can't stick together.

Come on now, do people understand the meaning of marriage. It is a union joined together by GOD. Something sacred, not a universal thing. In church today, the pastor said something quite interesting, " do people get married for love or lust?" What is really going on?? Okay, back to the topic, YYYYYYYYeah Will and Jada should be slapped, with both hands !!!

Not that I am defending an open marriage, but do you know that it is a legal act that and can be performed (and often is) outside of a church by anyone who is legally licensed to do so. For example, aetheist get married all of the time.

Please read 1 Corinthians 7: 1-9. I understand, you don't actually defend an open marriage.Isn't ironic how people make the Bible fit their lives. The Word of GOD will never change.

Why do I need to read the Bible? My only point was that marriage is a legal institution, not a religious one. It can be and is often conducted outside of religious ceremony. Think Captains of a Ship, or Judges at Civic Hall.
And remember, everyone does not subscribe to your particular faith, whatever it may be. So I was merely trying to take the convo out of the realm of religion, and any such dogma.

not that this was you original point - so if you don't support it don't worry
but this is why i have to laugh when people start talking about gay marriage being an abomination of the concept of marriage.
um hello - it's a tax break and legal rights. if people want it to be all about god again, have the government take back all of those cushy "extras" associated with it and leave it SOLELY as a church matter. until then - stop discriminating.
also - marriage means something different to each person - bible or not.
- marissa
oh yah - if we're still slapping celebs my votes are for lindsay lohan (girl stop with the puking) and paris hilton (girl you're a skank)

I thought this thread was about celebs that needed to be slapped?
Here are my recent additions:
Will & Jada - For real though, an open marriage??
50 Cent - Everytime he opens his mouth, I feel the need to reach for a Hefty bag - he's straight garbage.
Young women who date and procreate with old men that are celebrities - You know you wrong....

umm...i'm staying a way from will and jada b/c i done heard some things...
Tyra: Can't stand this heifer and no, I'm not hating on Miss Five-Head. And for trying to act holier-than-thou w/ Superhead and Naomi.
Superhead: For making your name a trademark. For not discouraging but seemingly encouraging young women in your book to make the same stoopid mistakes you did. For leaving your son w/ his nanny while you were making it w/ God Knows Who?!
Mariah Carey: For looking and being slutty in your videos. Why is that you never seem to have any Black men as your love interest in the videos but yet you want us as Black people to buy your CDs...hmmmmmmmm
Nelly: For making a song about Grillz. SMH.

I am a GOD Fearing Christian. I am simply stating what GOD said, not man. I am on a spiritual level, not earthly (legal) one. I pray that we can work something out on this. May GOD bless you sister.
