They weren't concerned with "which Greeks are celebrities" but instead "which celebrities are Greek." Specifically sorority women who are relatively attractive and recognized by many readers.
I was more intrigued that MSN did this and wanted people to comment on which MSN-recognizable celebs were left off. Carrie Underwood is a good one.
