Listen TheseGuns, we can't really help you a lot of people in GreekChat.com did not start their organizations they just picked up were their founders left of. You should think about picking up some books about freemasons and many orgs like those, might help you decipher your problems. A lot of college frats are partly based on the ideals of frats like Freemasons and Knights of Labor maybe they might help you out, but good luck man and hope your org stands strong. Not a lot of ppl have been able to organize something that big in such a quick time.
