Wallace is a solid player...sort of like Rodman but with offensive skills.

Haha, forgot that part.
Does anyone here think that anyone will make the immense team change needed to take on Shaq and his salary? He's got $60 million coming the next two years, and in the salary cap era I just don't see it happening.

No team in their right mind would take on that. Shaq is better off staying in L.A.

Precisely. But it now seems that Dr. Buss is going out of his way to cater to Ko-bay, so I'm not sure of that. If Rudy Tomjanovich becomes coach, maybe there's a chance for Diesel to stay.
That's because of the Hakeem Olajuwon connection. Shaquille reveres Hakeem, who holds Rudy T. in high regard.

I heard about that. It would be cool to see Rudy come back.

the expansion draft should be fun to hear about today. I saw on espn.com the Charlotte might not take on any big salaries but it still should be cool to hear about nonetheless.

I heard that the NBA was going to pose heavy fines on teams that released their unprotected list before the draft.
I know Chucky Atkins was extremely upset he was left unprotected by the Celtics, and now doesn't want to come back even if he's not picked. (not that anyone cares, he's just Chucky Atkins). Not sure how the other guys (Allan Houston, etc.) feel about it.

Chucky was a pretty popular player with piston fans, but then again, a lot of people seem to have a wierd sense of humor when it comes to bench players. Darko was immensly popular when coming into the game but not really for his skill
