My apologies---hasty post. It was Lander University Gamma Phi Beta that received 19 new members (not sure what quota was, but I do know that 19 was over quota). Gamma Phi Beta at UAFS did receive 18 new members. Sorry!

Via Facebook, UConn Gamma Phi Beta is reporting 61 new members in their FIRST formal recruitment. Although it doesn't mention quota, their advisor does mention that the chapter exceeded it.
