Mrskrabs, yes. 10am and it's a mad house. I actually would suggest to park near University Presbyterian Church on the other side of the stadium and dart across. I wouldn't even try anywhere near Tutweiler. Another option would be to park near the Ferguson Center and cross the quad. Also, as odd as it sounds the "norm" is to stand on the lawn of the house your daughter ranked first and go from there.
Update on my fav Bama PNM. She had one for skit but did get invited back to that one for pref and really likes it. FINGERS CROSSED. I'm going and will report back--also with a photo slideshow link!

I am new to this post and I (& many of my '05 pledge class) wrote a rec for a lovely young lady. Is there a place where one can find out where/if a PNM made it into a House at Bama???

The bid list should be posted Sunday afternoon or sometime Monday. Go to www.ua.edu and look toward the bottom left for a link under "News." They might also put it on the Greek Life Web site ( http://www.greeklife.ua.edu/) or the Panhellenic Web site: http://www.uapanhellenic.com/

Perhaps you mean she had 3 pref parties? PNMs can only receive one bid, which is what she will receive today. Bid = invitation to join.

At some schools where historically upperclassmen don't have a chance, they hold back X spots for them and it doesn't impact the quota.

I am hearing that every chapter made quota and that there were about 100 quota additions overall.
I do not have exact numbers for each chapter, though.

Univ. of Southern California Panhellenic is allowing chapters to add a certain number of juniors to their lists without it counting for quota.
