don't you think the same class of people dresses pretty differently for similar events in different regions?
probably

and you're right that the discussion has gotten ridiculous, but even ridiculous conversation is better than the boring accounting work that I'm doing now!

Back to the books - BOO!

You should probably bust out the Tabasco sauce, bottle caps, and bows and toes.

Everyone gives me a hard time about being too conservative- in every aspect; so he might have heard about it and tried to get in on the joke. Even if that is, by some chance, the situation, I still don't like him.
dude, just get a George W t-shirt and wear it around him constantly. this could be fun.

I would be offended by that tie too, not for the Obama factor but for the tacky factor. That's kind of the guy equivalent of the sweatshirts with the cats walking toward you on the front and the cat butts on the back.

There was this one very vocal obnoxious conservative that my chapter bid. A lot of the chapter was gaga over her, and not for her political views, because we have a good mix. I didn't like her from the start, and never did. I suppose it's kind of sad that I let her political views that keep me from getting to know her, but whenever I tried talking to her, I couldn't figure out what everyone else thought was so great about her. She found her own niche in the chapter and we stayed out of each others' hair.

Take your charter outside and burn it as quick as you can, just cut your losses.

Nothing wrong with being liberal, but dressing tacky while representing your fraternity is a different story.

politically correct? in other words still not right but we add politically in front of it and drop the in- off it, and there we go we have a word that appeals to everyone. Except for me of course.

And btw I would certainly avoid anyone wearing a tie with anyones face on it. That screams out two words to me. The same as the guy on the tie, he seems like a feminine cleaning product.

As we said, it's not okay to be liberal. However, if one must stray that path it is okay to be libertarian generally. The hippie bloodline of drugs, sex, and so forth still runs in a fraternity brothers veins. But it is not okay to be a pinko.

You really need to stop watching "All in the Family" reruns on Nick at Nite. Archie's rubbing off on you, and it shows.
