Chocolate Rasberry Truffle from Godiva but this ice cream is expensive so it is usually Cookies and Cream.

Hmm, out of the shows I watched, I would have to say Joyce Summers from Buffy. She was such a wonderful and compassionate mother that we all wish we had (damn them for killing her. LOL).

What is your favorite 80's movie?

Space Camp (gotta love a movie that I enjoyed way before figuring out that ADPi was the place for me and Kate Capshaw was a sister! )

The Bachelor hands down. I love that show. It's so fun guessing who the guy is going to pick.

I was blessed with many good teachers, but right now, I'll say my third grade teacher, Mrs. Peterson. Story about her later.

What's your favorite philanthropy project that you (as a chapter) did?

[hijack]

Mrs. Peterson, my aforementioned third grade teacher, was one of those really cool teachers who took us on a LOT of field trips, and taught us "different" things. I can tell people around here who had her for third grade because every one of us knew our dinosaurs by genus & species!!

Anyway, she was old then, but fast forward to a few years ago, at my aunt's funeral. I introduced myself, telling her my name, my family, when I had her as a teacher - you know, all the things that you're supposed to tell a former teacher so they don't feel dumb. She started raphsodizing over what a wonderful student I was, a joy to teach, such a quick learner.... and then she turned to my sister-in-law (who grew up thousands a miles away in Alaska) and said, "And you were too, dear!" Oh, well...!

I crack up every time I think of that!!

We made teddy bears for RMH during recruitment. We came back from the summer with the bears made except for no stuffing in the body (arms, legs and ears were stuffed). Then we and the PNMs stuffed the body, sewed up the back and then put eyes, and bows on them, with little notes to the kids. I loved taking the bears up to RMH (our closest one was 70 miles away) knowing that the little kids would each get to pick out a bear just for them (the fabrics were all different colors and patterns so each bear was unique). It was awesome.

What is your favorite holiday?
