Highs: Ummm...nothing really exciting.
I talked to my crush for almost 2.5 hours on monday and that was fun. It turned out we spent the weekend in the same place and we were 15 feet away from each other on the beach and did see each other.
I'm having dinner with my friends tomorrow night so that should be fun.
Lows: I'm busy at work. My sunburn still hurts. I have to clean my room this weekend and start getting it organized so I have a place to study when school starts (3 weeks!!! WOOHOO!!)

highs: i finally bought the ipod for my bf, and i'm glad I waited until now because i just got a discount code in my email that saved me another $30 on top of the student discount and the regular price drop! plus, tax is a lot cheaper bc tax for missouri is A LOT less than the 8.75% we have here in ny!
i'm making progress on this giant painting ive been working on.. hopefully i'll be able to finish it before i go back to school (wednesday!)
lows: somehow i have to sort through all of my crap and pack ... my mom seems to think ill have loads of space -- enough for this george forman grill she got as a free gift -- but i'm bringing a lot of stuff back with me!! just shoes alone... aaggghhh i hate packing

That's one thing I'm glad I don't have to do. As much as I miss Guelph (I do...but mostly because I miss my sisters) I am so glad I don't have to pack. I don't really want to live at home but it'll save me time and money...well maybe not so much time since it's still going to take me an hour and a half to get to school on public transportation...please no 8am classes!

Highs: Recently I've been going clothes shopping for clinic, and I've found some cute outfits. Tomorrow I leave for IL to visit my bf, and I still love living in Bloomington.
Lows: It's suddenly cold here, and I'm starting to stress over starting school.

HIGHS: I'm at the top of my department still in sales and maybe I'll actually get commission this time.
LOWS: I responded to an email from my alma mater regarding a boat regatta in a rather unflattering way after a Beta boy wrote the list that he was going to "blow those bitches out of the water" (referring to PIPHI).....and the greek advisor sent me a very stern email....as did the event coordinator, suggesting that I take myself off the list of greek representatives at my college (I didnt even know I was on a list)
...it made me cry...especially since my email was supposed to be funny, but was NOT TAKEN THAT WAY AT ALL...I can see how it wouldnt be....and the greek advisor was one of my biggest allies....now, who knows...

I wrote that my reaction preceded my judgement. I had to apologize not only to the greek advisor, but the Regatta coordinator (not someone who works for my school) because she too sent me an email. All I can say is I hope they mentioned something to the young man who wrote the initial email, had it not been for his little note, nothing would have been said. *sigh*

Highs: had a nice relaxing weekend...
Lows: my parents, who live on the NC coast, had some damage to their house in the storm and still don't have power or phone service. And in the middle of the storm, they had to put our dog to sleep. She was almost 15 and ready to go but still they are very sad today

EVERY single time I want to go swimming or get some sun outside it rains! every weekend when i was working, and now every day now that im done with work! who knew NY would get so much rain?? Also, we were going to stop at TJ Maxx on the way home from dinner tonight and we got there at 6:08 and it closed at 6 I hate when that happens! (My friend had found an $150+ coach bag marked down to $35! so I wanted to check it out.. Ive never been there before)

I love TJ Maxx!!!!
We have something similar here (It's actually owned by the same company that owns TJ Maxx) called Winners. Soemtimes that have good stuff, but I think TJ Maxx is so much better. When I was in Cleveland we went twice! I got a bag for 7 bucks...Liz Claiborne. Some shoes...lots of shoes. Oh how I love TJ Maxx.
Okay, I'm done.
