We go to Louisiana quite frequently. My mom has had a few words with Louisianians. No idea what the problem is. Texans are nice.

Something else to like about Texas....
FIESTA
That time is almost near. I can't wait and I've been plotting out my days of Fiesta to make sure I can get the most partying in during the excitement!! Have any of y'all been to any thing Fiesta? Any favorites? My goal is to attend at least one new event a year. This year, it will be several!! I am saving up my $$$ so that I can party like I want to!!

I'll probably only be doing the Oyster Bake bit, if I even decide to attend any of the festivities. After all, Oyster Bake IS in my university's back yard, literally speaking.

Growing up in S.A. I went to Fiesta, NIOSA, oyster bake every year until I was 19 (I was in the marching band at school so we were actually in the parade-damn it was hot!). I love the yearly posters they have and have a couple of them framed and waiting to be hung in my new house. Have fun and be safe .
With all of the rain the last few weeks the bluebonnets are absolutely gorgeous! I was in S.A. last weekend and I have not seen them that thick in several years.
