I missed about half the show, but the kid with the glasses NEEDS to go. I can't take him anymore. Kellie needs to go, too.

Actually, I really wasn't that impressed with anyone tonight.

I second that. I like Taylor, Mandisa, Kat McPhee, and Elliot best though. Just nothing too "wow" tonight.

I think Taylor's dance moves are cute though. I don't know, and I can't pinpoint it, but there's just something about him that makes me smile. He's def not hot in my book, so it's obviously something else, but I just love him.

Bye bye Kellie or Kevin... preferably Kellie

They haven't announced the loser yet. They just announced that Ace was the first in the bottom three. I was hoping it was the kid with the glasses, but sadly, no. Kellie I think will be safe for a few more weeks because of her "minx" appeal, but I think people will get tired of her. Hopefully they do.

My friend was calling it the "Dave Matthews shuffle." If you have ever seen the band live, Dave does this funny lil "suzie q" walk with his guitar when the band jams.

I don't think Taylor will win, but the man is the heartbeat of the competition. He brings the energy while everyone else puts me to sleep.

*Stands on grassy knoll again* I think Chris is the "chosen one." Why? He gets to do the Chili Pepper version of his song to keep with his style and the judges tongue bathe him for "making it his own." Huh? He got all the cool graphics, the smoke machines and the crazy camera angles. Yeah... it's a stretch, but no one else had that.

*Laughs at Bucky for the Jessica Simpson look...*

Oh Kelli hun... we know you don't have spiders for eyelashes. I don't understand why she needs to think the rest of us are that dumb... go home...

Oh... Kevin's so gone... he talked back to Simon. He'll get booted here real quick.

Kevin should have gone home tonight. Or Kelli. Chris and Taylor are my favorites, and I think Chris will be the winner.

Surprised over here that Lisa was in the bottom 3. Heck, Ace for that matter. By no means do I think he's the best but I've thought Kevin and Bucky'd be in there before him.

And Kevin's smart. I'm gonna give him that. By saying he was a "sex symbol," lil girls everywhere took notice. He def has the pre-teen/early-teen and grandma vote. BLAH!

My daughter and her pre-teen friends can't stand Kevin either. They are all over Ace. That's why I'm surprised that Ace was in bottom 3.

I hope this was a wake up call to Ace and he does better next week. I don't think I could watch the show anymore if Ace leaves in the first few weeks.

I am all about Paris. She is too cute. And I like Kellie too, for her personality. I don't think it's an act. She reminds me of some of my sorority sisters, lol.

Okay, I'm one of the "older" folks watching Idol, and that little Kevin guy HAS to go.

People have had their fun, it's time to send him home. Doesn't he have homework stacking up somewhere? C'MON!

Chris is amazing in my opinion. I think he should win this thing, but if not him, Taylor is really a cool option and a GREAT entertainer.

Paris is only on the show because of her aunt's name, if you ask me. Someone needs to grab her and do her hair right and then send her over to "what not to wear" to put a decent outfit on her.

Mandisa has a fabulous voice. And a wonderful personality. She'll work in the business whether she makes it to the final four or not, which she should.

I agree with most of your AnchorAlum, including being older! I really think Chris will be the last one standing with Mandisa, Elliott and Taylor around until at least the top 6. Taylor did my all time favorite Stevie song this week!

Kellie and Kevin have GOT TO GO, I'm sorry folks, but Kellie annoys me to no end. Can't say it's the country thing, because Bucky sings country and for some reason he doesn't completely offend. Katharine still does nothing for me at all. I was really surprised to see Lisa in the bottom three, because I thought there were at least two or three others before her who did poorly this week.

Anyone know any rumored themes for next week?

Oooh, I forgot to add how much I love Taylor too. He's awesome. he's been working at it for so long -- he deserves it.

Next week's theme is Songs of the 50s. That should be interesting. What do you think people will choose?

I can see Chris doing "Rave On" or "Johnny B. Goode"
Taylor could do "Great Balls of Fire" or "Blue Suede Shoes"
Ace could do "In The Still Of The Night"
Bucky could do "Hound Dog"

What was the deal with Paris' get-up the other night? I swear, she looked like a third-grader.
