Thanks everyone! Today went so awesomely! About the sister being on GC, when I came over to the house, and was settling in, she asked if I had a thread on here. I was like.....um....yeah. Oh well, I'm loving the house now, despite my previous indecision. About quota and numbers, I don't know, but I'll try to find out something soon!
