I'm leaving
HC I'm resigning from my job on Thursday, July 31?
HC I've been praying over this decision for almost 2 months?
HC I accepted a new position to start August 4?
HC it's at a better company, with better benefits, and more pay?

HC I'm resigning on the 31st so they can't mess with my money?
HC the HR manager that if I left before the end of the month they would find a way to not pay me all of my last paycheck?
