How much did you have to pay? I could have gone to last night's game, lower bowl - row 10, but didn't feel like coughing up $250 for one seat . i mean it's the Wild and only game 2 of round 2 - I want to save my money for something big - if something big happens.

solid deal actually...the tickets were $67.50/each for mid-level, 3rd level (upper bowl). I'm row O, so only 3 rows up from the $95 seats (rows A-K) in the lower part of the 3rd level. We're right in the middle of the ice and the two outside seats so we can zip in and out quickly. For the price and the viewing, those seats are great. I was willing to pay more for better tickets, but my buddy didn't want to shell out 100+. I can see why they're coming short of selling games, i called saturday for hotel geusts and ticketmaster told me the only tickets they had available were singles.

Anaheim is one game away from eliminating Dallas.
Oh, how I would love to see an Anaheim-Minnesota conference final.

you could argue that it's good and both bad for the game.

Well, if Detroit had to be knocked out of the west, then I want Dallas out too. Plus, I hate Vancouver and like Minnesota. As long as Minne beats Vancouver, I'll be happy.

It's too bad that you feel that way. Vancouver is arguably one of the most beautiful cities in the world and you'd probably enjoy it if you visited it. (Thousands of Americans visit Vancouver in conjunction with an Alaska cruise and remark on how beautiful it is in my hometown.) Not only that, but you get very good purchasing power on the USD$ as well.
The only cities that hold a candle in terms of natural beauty are Sydney, Australia & Perth, Australia. Actually, Seattle, WA is no slouch either, but that's cuz I love the ocean.

that cartoon sums it up, t.o. always screws us one way or the other.
p.s. that game was a joke. Hey Kerry, i thought you were on the ice to call penalties, not watch the game.

I wasn't talking about the city, I was talking about the team.

damn, no Game 7...have to try for games 5&7 tommorrow when they go on sale.
p.s. checkmanek's the worst goalie in the NHL. Basic angles & positioning, we're taught this in peewee.
