If you're on Facebook, when you receive a notification that someone voted for you, you click the link in order to claim your prize. The link will direct you to SL and there will be a vote button that you'd click in order to vote for all of your sisters.

If you're on Myspace, there's a tab @ the top that says "Mail" which has drop down options. You click on notifications and there you'll see that different sisters voted for you. You click on the "Accept" button and when it directs you to the app, you click the "OK" button when a window pops up saying "Congratulations, you collected your prize and voted for your sorority sisters!"

I don't know what name I put for it on facebook. lol But I AM level 67 right now. I'd be a higher level except it started loading really slowly on this computer about a month ago so I no longer go on it as much... only when I have time to let it load.

Ok, I have to say that the way people get so worked up about this game is hilarious! Since I'm an unemployed bum at the moment, I've been spending a bit too much time on the internets, and reading my feed on SL has been a great source of entertainment. All the animosity towards one player, all the people who swear up and down that they are not drama queens whilst propagating an awful lot of drama... It's cracking me up! And the ones who take the idea of "sisterhood" in the game SO seriously! Wow.

I don't use the slap function, but I really don't understand why people get so upset about it. I don't see why people get upset about the game in general, though.

Today has been especially good. I must have seen a couple hundred feed messages about a certain player who supposedly stalked someone on FB. I have yet to see any concrete evidence that this person has actually done anything, just a hell of a lot of throwing her name around as if she is evil incarnate. Today everyone is "cleaning house" and by that I mean they are stalking her on FB, trying to find out if anyone in their "house" is also in her "house" and if they are, they are deleting those people. I cannot say how many messages I have seen flying around about how "I don't want any drama so I can't have people in my house who have her in their house." Hello! All of this is doing nothing but stirring up drama. How in the hell does it matter who I am SL friends with if you aren't SL friends with them too? Craziness. Some poor girl who is relatively new to the game has lost a ton of "sisters" today because she is friends with this one girl. I've seen her name thrown around on the feed all day as if she is also some villain who everyone should avoid, when in reality she has no idea what is going on. So I friended her.

Some girl battled me like 2 weeks ago, beat me and I just realized it yesterday. LOL. As with actual sorority life, I'm kinda clueless and out of the loop sometimes.

I know EXACTLY who you are talking about. The player in question actually posted RL information about one of my sorority sisters (real life and sorority life sister). I changed my FB name to remove my last name because the user in question was voting for me (so the notification with my name in it would come up), and then attempting to contact me on facebook. Creep!!!!

UGH there was a social event for 9 brownie points and when I finally got my 9th one it disappeared!!!!! So I did the 2 brownie point event and got all the same shitty shit that I had that you can just buy. 4 times.

I'm more about influence points right now than $$.

I actually made up a chart that tells me which social events give you the most "bang for your buck"

1. Costume Party, 32 influence points for only 6 energy
2. Rent Beach House, 10 influence for 4 energy
3-A. Bake-A-Thon for Charity, 12 influence for 8 energy
3-B. Something else that you spend 10 energy and get 15 influence points
4. Valentine Shopping Spree and Bash, 16 influence for 11 energy

Ha - here's an example I can use to teach my kids that you can use math in real life...lol

That's good for right now, but if you want to buy glam or get job, then influence points start not looking good anymore. You want to be able to glam up your sisters, and the best glam costs the most $$.
