Petals, CONGRATULATIONS to you & Alpha Delta Pi!
You recruitment thread was one of the best I've seen on GC and we are so happy to welcome you into the greek community!
I hope you enjoy your college experience with ADPi-these are going to be the best years of your life!
Also, I thought this was a funny coincidence--my good friend actually preffed the same 3 sororities that you did and ranked them all in the EXACT same order *AND* got her second choice, like you did, which was ADPi...and she absolutely *LOVES* it and wouldn't want it any other way-she fits in perfectly and is completely obsessed--I'm sure you will experience the same thing.

Question About Suites
Not to hijack the thread, but could someone explain what the suites are that are mentioned? I know sororities have sorority houses at some colleges, dorm floors at others, but how do the suites work? Thanks.

a suite is a room on the first floor of the dorms. the sororities live on a one of the floors of the dorm and they lease a suite from the university. They are all different sizes. Most are a large room with a kitchen and some sort of closet. Sigma Kappa's before we moved to Pollock had a bathroom and shower in ours. The sororities decorate and have a tv, couches, desks and other stuff. It's mostly a place to hang out or study.

Petals! Sorry that my congrats is late--I returned from an out of town weekend late last night.
