One of my Aunts on my dad's side and one of her two daughters are Kappa Alpha Theta.

My 3 other step-siblings were never very interested in Greek Life, and both of my parents were first generation college attendees. My parents were definitely surprised when I talked about potentially joining a sorority, but I have loved it so much so far, and I can tell they're happy I rushed.

I'm an ASA and I found out a year after I got my bid that my grandma on my Dad's side (who died when my Dad was in kindergarden) was a Theta Phi Alpha. I was so surprised because I thought I was the only greek in my family!
