I think that is crazy. None of those contestants are perfect. If they are going to judge Fantasia because she has a child, why wasn't there a big deal made of the fact that Nikki, from the first season, had a child out of wedlock. I'm sorry but that is just ridiculous.

But sadly I felt a little sorry for him...it really wasn't his fault America kept voting for him.. but anyways Fantasia is still in it

I am doing really good in not watching the show in protest of the injustice. However I am happy to read the John is finally going home!

I couldn't even do my snoopy dance...its been so drawn out-just glad he's gone.

As for the comments on Fantasia/role model - what people also leave out is Nikki worked in bars (unwed mom/stripper)..how much of a role model is that???

Last nite I caught the spirit listening to Latoya...then Fantasia came out and SANG that song!! This is what I've been waiting for!

now if we can just get rid of the bubblegum twins....I think this will be jasmine's nite to go home

I tried to call in for her, and I never got through because the line was always busy. I tried from 8 - 10. So I think she's safe. My prediction for tonight is that George is going home, but I would love to see Jasmine go home. She's not too good.

I threw her a couple votes b/c her line was to be WIDE OPEN

Jasmine should have left instead of George.. but he was coonin so hard he was grating on my nerves so I'm not disappointed. FANTASIA still in it so I'm pleased

I've missed the last 2-3 weeks (watching NBA playoffs). Who is the prohibitive favorite at this point? I know my bruh, RBL is reppin NC's Fantasia

...so I'm lookin' for objective opinions.

I agree. I was pulling for George in the beginning when they were trying to get to Hollywood. I was glad to see on their special that George had not made it originally; I thought he was in the "go home" group. Anyway, that fake smiling, shaking and "Ohhh Lawd!" stuff was grating on my nerves too. I think he might be a little "how you doin' " too.....

Favorite to me at this point is LaToya. She's the best singer, although many people say she is boring and doesn't have that "it" factor. Fantasia on the other hand has the "it" factor, but can be a little annoying.

I'd be happy with both of them in the finals, although I think it will be one of them and Diana.

I actually believe that Fantasia and Toya are going to be the last two, with Toya winning the victory. I can't wait to see how it turns out.

It did seem like George was overly "happy," but maybe that's how he is as a person. He was really nice and I thought Jasmine should have been voted off before George. But didn't George wreck his final performance?! Man, I was feeling him big time!

I like Toya a lot. She has a very nonchalant, stoic personality, but that's what makes her performances so powerful when she gets the mic.

Fantasia is phenomenal! She knows that she can sing and has tapped into that. Some people may consider her cocky, but I think she just enjoys getting on that stage and performing. We got to give it to the girl--she's all that! She's a performer and knows how to woo the crowd. Regardless to if she wins or not, she will be a star.

Objectively...the most talented singers are Latoya & Fantasia..depending on the style of the week one can argue who is the stronger singer & most likely not change the others opinion. Fantasia has been consistent stage pleaser, Latoya, great voice and slowly showing signs of a personality. If either wins I would not be upset but they should be dukking it out in the finals.

Diana is cute and has a pretty good voice for a 16 year old but she is not ready yet...she needs training and in time I think she will develop into a great singer.

Jasmine...her voice always seemed weak to me...just another bubblegum singer who will have to depend on synthesizers and computers to build up her voice. With the crew that is left I will be amazed if she makes it past next week (although nothing should surprise me with FOX and the producers of the show).

I think George should have survived this week and probably be gone next...he came a long way so he had LOTS to smile about (if you don't remember he didn't make it to the final 32 and was only called back when another finalist got in trouble). He also needs training but has the potential to have a great career.
