Thumbs up the movie

I must admit the movie did keep me in suspense. It was great, and Denzel (despite wearing that same shirt ) kept me crackin up while he was doing his thing. The alley scene was the funniest to me and all my friends that saw it .

*why does he always seem to play a police officer in movies ei: Training Day, Fallen, The Mighty Quinn

As for Ms Sanaa - YES that weave was HORRIBLE (i'm shocked that her hair was a mess cause she claims to be a girly-girl)(if anyone has the Love and Basketball dvd you can hear her talk about that her self with the commentary). Surprisingly and happily she had on tips or extentions or somethin on her nails cause they were not those stubby nubbs that she usually has. they were french manicured, business length, and looked really nice.

sorry so long - I tend to talk ALOT!

Question UH---- ?

I thought the movie was mediocre---- the game Sanaa's character was putting down was evident from the jump. Don't get me wrong I'm a fan of Sanna and Denzel but its a shame that black actresses and actors get few roles that aren't stereotypical or just plain weak. This movie should by-pass VHS, DVD, any type of pay channel and or cable--- it should go straight to Veiw Master. Whoever wrote the script should be beat with it.

And make-up, Sanaa's was so horrible-- caked on foundation, it didn't match-- you could tell where it started and stopped ---it did not do her justice --- I was distracted the entire movie just like I was distracted while watching Rich Man's Wife with Halle Berry--her wig was on crooked the entire movie- daag can these talented sister's get some love from the hair and make-up folks.

ttt

I'm looking for movies to take myself to see each Monday. Tomorrow, I'm either going to see Wonderland or Mystic River. I also want to see Girlhood, so I can take my girls here at the school to see it, too.

What have y'all been watching? I went to see Out of Time and liked it. I also really loved Kill Bill Vol. 1. Can't wait for Vol. 2!

Ok, Wonderland was good!! I love movies that are based on real life. Good flick!

I also saw Scary Movie 3 last night. It was funnier than I imagined it would be.

So, I guess I can admit it too. I went to see it by myself over the weekend and I was straight cracking up. The first two Scary Movies got a couple chuckles out of me, but this one was funny. Some parts were so stupid, you had to laugh. OMG, the black girl ....... too damn funny. Especially at the end. I'm laughing all over again.

KILL BILL was GREAT!!! I went to a 12am show and was extremely tired, but I was up! Tarantino is one sick puppy to think of that mess. I think he can make about 2-3 more movies. Probably 2 more before audiences get bored.

GIRL!!! I loved this movie!!!!!!!! Lucy Liu's story was the best! It was most unexpected to be told in the way that it was. And Uma was workin' it in the fight scenes!

Bamboozled, I was ROLLIN' in SM3! I went solo, too. All three of the past three movies I've gone to see have been with myself.
