I wanted to attend this but they never emailed me back with some questions I had, so I'm going to sit this one out. (Plus, you know, work and all)

Pardon the crash ladies, I just wanted to say congratulations on your Centenial!
I was watching CNN and just a few minutes ago, they did a brief story on AKA celebrating 100 years of sisterhood.
Best wishes -- here's to 100 more years of sisterhood!

I am visiting my alma mater, Hampton University, this week, and there is a beautiful exhibit celebrating our Sorority's 100 anniversary in the University Museum.
Among the items on display are scrap books, programs, and memorabilia chronicling the history of Alpha Kappa Alpha as well as the undergraduate and area graduate chapters, GQ and GUW
Gamma Upsilon Omega, the Hampton Roads graduate chapter, was charter in 1944.
Gamma Theta, our chapter at Hampton, was chartered in 1947.
