Finally found bridesmaids dresses! Neither turquoise nor purple, though - sort of a midnight blue, lighter than navy but darker than royal, with a slight lean towards purple. Fiance has a purple tie with his tux so he's happy. :-)
Any suggestions for an accent color (or colors)? I'm thinking maybe a hydrangea blue. Or fuchsia (I saw a navy/fuchsia combo once that was really sharp, and I think it could work with this blue too). And, well, I'm still holding out hope to work in a little turquoise...
KSUViolet....? Work your magic? :-)

Any swatches? That sounds like a color I'm looking for! I was looking at the SDT colors in the Greek Life Forum, and that looked quite like it.

Hmm.
Slate grey perhaps? I've also seen that work with a more muted purple.

Fiance also keeps coming up with suggestions to make our wedding "stand out". He said that he wants SOMETHING unique that represents our personalities. It's a really sweet thought, but unfortunately, I think he just keeps picking things that are just "different" and not necessarily something that sets us apart. For example, he said "can I have a white tux?" After I gave him a HELL TO THE NO, he asked "What about a gray tux?" I wasn't crazy about it but I told him it was possibility. But now that I'm looking at some color schemes, I'm thinking that if he wants a gray tux, we could incorporate that into the color scheme because I've some really nice schemes with gray:
I can't find the others but I also saw a really pretty gray and magenta and also an absolutely GORGEOUS gray and deep red (although I feel that wouldn't work for our summer wedding).

I have a slight suspicion that this one may have been posted already.
