In the article below, it states that the young lady identifies 3 of her alleged attackers. However, this article is primarily about how she was behaving after the party.

It's interesting because (and maybe its just me) but I'm having a hard time following the events of that night. Could be because of how things are being reported (in blips and blurbs), but goodness...

Me, too. I am also having a hard time with this last story. To my recollection, this is the first time that mentions who the driver of the car is/was. More clarification is required because if the driver was the other girl at the party, why would SHE lie about knowing the alleged victim? Who really did place the 911 call? They can easily find out.

If the passenger, the alleged victim, was quiet and 'out of it' but there was no alcohol smell on her, that supports the Rohypnol theory, right?

Right! But why would they say that she seemed like she was inebriated before the party and appeared with bruises? I wonder if the person that provides the exotic dancing services set up sex for the party instead of the dance.

I submit that one of the folllowing scenarios happened:

1) The woman was raped before or after she came to the house
2) The woman was raped at the house by someone other than the lacrosse players (ie guests were at the house who were not tested)
3) The woman was raped by the Lacrosse players and there was tampering with the DNA collection or processing (ie submission of DNA not from the team, lab misconduct or misreading of the results)

The fact is that based on ALL the evidence thus far, the woman WAS RAPED. Hence the reason for the DA to continue with the case regardless of the outcome.

Ah!! That is the millon dollar question- Was there was NO DNA present on the victim" OR did "the DNA that was present not match any of the DNA from the Lacrosse Players"?

If she was a divorced mother of 2, there are plenty of scholarships and grants and loans out there and available so she wouldn't have had to strip. She made the personal choice to strip. I'm not condemning her for it, it was her choice, but it wasn't her only choice.

Not necessarily, she still had 2 kids to raise, rent, utilities, etc. Scholarships don't cover that. Like I said, are we giving out scholarships now so that people don't RESORT to stripping? I disagree that anyone "NEEDS" to strip. You might need to make money, but not "need to strip" as you say.

OMGWTFBBQ?!

Do you have any idea how many people DON'T get scholarships? Not all of those people take of their clothes for laundry money! No one has the "right" to a scholarship like they do federal aid. Scholarships are a "privilege," and no one is owed them. If her grades weren't up to par to receive educational assistance beyond what federal aid offers, then there's always good old Aunt Sallie Mae.

WOW!!! I had no idea how many people felt the stripper scholarship comment was ok. Yes, there are other scholarships out there but everyone does not know how to tap into those resources. I have known people that I went to college with that stripped to stay in school, not because they wanted to and liked the attention but felt that was "THEIR" best way of survival and no one elses.

Everyone has his or her own way of adapting to any given situation and that was her way of getting threw school and feeding her kids. Just because your grades are up to par or not, does not mean you will get the scholarship you applied to. I just think, it is not a horrible thing that Jesse Jackson's organization is affording this woman a scholarship.

I agree with most of what you are saying, but that may not be how that person in that situation perceives it. If you are trying to survive that is exactly what you do, survive.
