HC I know Chicago's Mayor Daley is a real f*ck up right now but...

HC He has said he has hundreds of trucks ready to go down there

HC He said the govt only requested ONE be sent

HC ONE???

HC this just makes me want to cry. I'm so disappointed in our government

HC This should be major sign that we cannot rely on the govt for OUR needs, we need to do for OURSELVES

HC Govt officials are saying it was too hard, or impossible, to get down there but the news cameras were there w/their journalists Tuesday, THE DAY AFTER!! The storm waters did nothing but rise this past week, they didn't go down. Why in the world was it ok for them to come after waters had already risen?? TAKE A DAMN BOAT!! I'M TIRED OF THE EXCUSES

HC I cancelled all of my premium channels about 6 mos ago.
HC all of a sudden, I got premium channels?
HC - I don't think it's a preview weekend?
HC maybe it is - on a Tuesday?
HC this usually happens to me about once a year?
HC I think they're trying to get me addicted to it so that I'll add them again?
HC I better not recieve nary a charge - not nary a one?
HC - let me TiVo "Ray" and "Day After Tommorrow" and "Shark Tale" b4 whoever cut it on cuts it back off?

HC I think I'm an insomniac for real - I'm almost a Sr. member again?
HC I can't take anything for it, though 'cause my bambino doesn't sleep thru the night yet?
HC I've slept all of 2 hrs and am WIDE awake?

HC FEMA "Director" Michael Brown needs to be relieved of his position?

HC I dont wanna say it's race, but I agree with Mayor Nagin: its probably a class issue?
HC why hasn't Bush taken the 56 countries who have offered aid up on their offers?

HC Italy and Britain are sending aid for the victims, I heard that on the news last night
HC I just read on my local news website that Bush is planning an investigation into what went wrong with the Katrina evacuation and rescue effort
