Please step away from the conk!
Here's what I don't understand about the whole Star and Starina thing........Is she really gung ho to marry the particular indivudal, or is she just trying to get married?????? I've seen way tooooooo many unhappy marriages that get started b/c someone just feels like they have to get married by a certain age. I even had to wear a hideoulsy ugly bridesmaid dress b/c my cousin had to get married b4 she was 30 Guess who got divorced not even 5 years later????

^^
Starina? Why not just Alicia?
I also don't understand why she's marrying this man who has had sextracurricular activities with other men in her past. She's a millionaire TV personality and has a lot to offer. Yes, I know good brothers are hard to find, but this just smacks of desperation.

Back in March, when the news was fresh, reports surfaced that Al dated men. Starra and Al said they'd discussed each others' pasts and that they wanted to move ahead.

Please stop the insanity. It's time to have an intervention for Sister Greek. Maybe all those tv lights on the view have started to fry her brain. PLEASE don't wear payless shoes to the wedding.

Here's a suggested cast list:
The "Good Times" are rolling again, thanks to a new deal that will
bring the '70s sitcom to the big screen.
Variety reports that after unsuccessful attempts by Wesley Snipes, Babyface and Magic Johnson, a company called Creative Production Group finaly secured the rights for the show, which follows a family living in the Chicago projects. No actors are attached to star just yet, but RedEye has a few suggestions:
|
JJ Evans Dave Chappelle I actually see this
Thelma Evans-Anderson Meagan Good um, I don't know about this one
Keith Anderson Mike Brown (you need a real Chicago Bear to play a Chicago Bear) I guess I will have to start watching football in order to know who the heck he is
Florida Evans Queen Latifah um, no. Just 'cause she played Mama in Chicago doesn't mean she ready to fill my Spelman sista's shoes. She's a great actress, I just don't see her in this role
Michael Evans Usher HECKA NAW!! Ain't nothin' revoluntionary about this fool
James Evans Ving Rhames ok
Penny Woods Janet Jackson (Sure, she's a little older, but
c'mon) LOL!!!!
Willona Woods Vivica A. Fox AGAIN, I say...HECKA NAW!!!
Nathan Bookman Cedric The Entertainer He would be the funniest Bookman!!!

How about, "I'm too much of a LESBIAN to have a husband!"
Ok, I don't care how busy I am...I'm NEVER to busy to have a man! Tired...but never too busy!!

Dang what did Star ever do to Rosie?
Finally, Rosie spent an inordinate amount of time at the end of her speech
cracking jokes about THE VIEW co-host Star Jones, suggesting that the
daytime diva's weight loss was not the product of "diet and exercise," but
of plastic surgery:
"Star Jones is my body double. She's getting smaller every day. I'm telling
you ladies, it's diet and exercise. [Rosie pauses giving disbelieving look,
then makes popping noises as she motions around her body implying plastic
surgery] No problem, [singing] 'I believe in dissolution.' Okay, that's
fine. She's alright. She's married to some guy, it's fine. Ah huh. Yeah. The
thing is -- it's fine, it's alright, leave it. What do I care? I don't even
watch TV in the day... He is a cute boy. And I'm gonna leave it there
because I see that camera rolling. And all the Kerry thing will go away and
it'll be 'Rosie O'Donnell Attacks Star Jones!' And in the Enquirer it'll be
'Crazy Lesbian Goes Insane At A Kerry Rally.'"
