they ran out of gas two days ago and had the pumps covered in plastic bags.

about 10 years ago, gas was only 99 cents. i think that our pay per hour should increase respectivley with gas prices. that would be a $2 pay raise.

$34.00 for a Honda Accord.

Exxon just keeps making record profits along with all of the Oil Companys!

Sure cuts down on driving to visit Local Chapters or going anywhere! PERIOD!

I know a guy who has a H2, and the money he spends on gas monthly is more than the payment.

I had saved a bunch of caps from diet pepsi bottles to enter into their game to win a Chevy Tahoe. The last day, I ended up throwing them away because I figured between the taxes I'd have to pay and the cost of the gas to fill the thing, I wouldn't be able to afford to win the darn Tahoe. That's sad.

Hell remember when the gas war was going on for .18. Course it was a while back! 1967 to be exact! Drove a VW then! Now stepped up to a Honda!

Sometimes I wish I had that 66 VW Bug!

I would think the H2 has around a 40 gallon tank....much like a Suburban. I know our Z71 Suburban out at our ranch costs around 100-110$ to fill up.....ridiculous. And don't H2's get less than 9 or 10 MPG?

I spent $43 the other day to fill up my Stratus when it was about $2.79 a gallon! I'm thankful that I get about 35 mpg city but it still hurts - and I think gas is currently up around $2.85 (and I have two trips to Milwaukee coming up as well as a weekly 150 mile round-trip drive to my second job!). I'm sorry, but this is just pure, unadulterated greed on the part of oil companies! Fueling my car up is going to cost more than my mortgage payment if this continues!

Citgo and Speedway at West and Allen were 2.71 this morning. BP by me is 2.79. Drove by all of them on my way to work. We'll see what they are going home tonight though!
