There is a girl I'm friends with (from another chapter of the service org I'm in) whose statuses are like that. It counts down the time til she sees him again. Drives me nuts.
The kicker: It's not like he's overseas or somewhere that requires a countdown. They live together. Why must there be a countdown?
It's like:
Girl is at work [only 6 more hours til I see my love!]
Girl is off of work and headed to Walmart [will see my love in 30 minutes, muah <3]

One of my brothers (who's actually on suspension now...) and his gf are ALWAYS doing that. And I've told them both (as have many of our friends) NUMEROUS times that they need to drop that bs. If they spent more time doing their homework rather than doing (rather, wanting to do) each other, they'd be in a much better position.
But no. And on top of that, they're all over each other when they're together. Ew.

A friend just changed her profile picture. It's her & her boyfriend entwined in each others arms naked.  All main parts are strategically covered (Thank God) but I have to wonder why on earth they would think this is a good idea.
