It's easy - just don't really have a life during the week except to get up, go to work, come home, cook dinner, get clothes and child ready for the next day, and start all over again. Then, when you get up at the crack of azz in the morning, see my location.

It's past 5:30 am...I still got about another hour before I fall asleep.
Man, this off semester is really effing with my sleeping pattern. I have about 3 months to fix this before I head out to school

I definitely wake up too early and go to bed too late.
I've been up since 4:30am

I've always had problems with my sleep. I have a hard time falling asleep, wake up too early, and wake up in the middle of the night and have difficulty returning to sleep.
I am very prone to nightmares as well. And night terrors too.

I'm through being in denial. My name is SoCal and I am an insomniac!
I'm beginning to feel like a vampire because I can only sleep during the day. Which really sucks because I'd much rather be spending my day in the sun.

Being awake at midnight doesn't usually qualify as a insomniac lol.

I tried my best to read all five pages of this rather old thread but just could not do it-was putting me back to sleep
For those who really have a regular problem with sleep, I would strongly suggest seeing a ENT for a sleep test.
I was having problems for about a year and long story short, had a sleep test, doctors found a medical problem/issue and now I sleep just fine.

So I'm going on 24+ hrs without sleep and am still W I D E awake! I think I scared my roommate when I came bouncing out of my room the momment I heard him up around 630 AM. He knows I am anything but a morning person. Come to think of it, that's when I had some OJ just so I didn't look completely and utterly deranged for hopping out there for the hell of it. That OJ was all I've had today. I was mildly hungry around 2 PM but that passed.
Offer still stands if anyone wants to read me a bedtime story!

I think I'm the only one who's behind you (time-wise). You're still 3 hrs ahead of me...until the last Sunday of this month, anyway!

Being in the west is an advantage when you're awake at 4 AM. 'Cause you know the lovely Easterners will be waking up and posting to save you from boredom!

I learned something new this week.
Read the BOB JONES UNIVERSITY thread in its entirety.
It's put me to sleep before 1am twice this week!
