I believe quota at Villanova was 77. There was a chance for it to be higher, like around 85 but there were a lot of PNMs who dropped out, lowering quota.

Well one thing to add about Iona recruitment, which I never saw: chapters are doing COB. One local and AST are doing it, though I haven't seen numbers on a quota since it was such a big range.

Update on Chi Omega at UCSB:
The Delta Delta chapter was reinstalled, it looks like last weekend, per Chi Omega Instagram. They only have one shot drone shot of the new chapter, which is hard to get an exact count, but looks to be over 100 new Chi O’s (there are more people in the photo but take out alumni participating in the reinstallation, it is over 100). So they will be able to fill the new chapter house come fall 2026, as they only need around 70 members to fill to capacity.

Winter COB in happening at UCLA.
With graduating seniors midterm, some issues of senior retention rates (concentrating on looking for a job after college, deciding the time commitment was more than they wanted to spend, etc.), members going to study abroad and deciding to not return to their chapter, and Fall 2025 NMs dropping before initiation, most of the chapters are around 220-250 members.
Chi Omega has COBed 20 new members, with plans to COB about a dozen more. I have heard that Kappa Delta, ADPi and maybe two other chapters are also participating in Winter COB. Since UCLA is on the quarter system, these sororities also have the Spring quarter to invite more women into those chapters.
I hope Panhellenic will drop the high quota that was established after fall recruitment, so the chapters that need to participate in COB will get up total.
