LOL when I was in my chapter I did ALL the banners because I was the most artistic. I even painted the girls' giant letters when I was an ALUM! I told them they had to recruit a new artist because, after all, I had graduated! They got one the year after I went alum..I have a fond nickname for her...BB (Banner Bi*ch)...she loves it

It's a skull in the style of El Dia De Los Muertos (Day of the Dead). It's taken from Mexican culture. Very well done, ladies!

Theta Phi Alpha letters!!
I was looking throughout Facebook and was able to find some pictures of fabulous Theta Phi Alpha letters! Here's some sisters from the Alpha Mu chapter at Northern Kentucky University during Freshman Orientation this summer:
