*Waves* Hiya all. I am indeed insanely busy.
Graduated with my Master's, looking for a better job, dating three boyfriends - one of whom is close enough I see on a regular basis for once, over the breakup with the couple i was dating, LARPing once to twice a month, trying to write a tabletop RPG campaign, started a blog....
Um.. that might be it... I think. Maybe. Anyone want to hire someone with her MA in Counseling? Been applying on college campuses.

Mods can only get rid of spam in their own forums. Only Super-Mods can delete from other forums and ban posters. We are down to 2 super-mods and they both live on the West coast.
It's frustrating for us too, because those of us who are often on the boards see this spam but can't do much about it.

Do you know if there's a plan (or a need?) to increase the number of super-mods?
Would it be possible for folks who are new to GC to be limited to, say, 10 posts on their first day? I would assume that most legitimate new posters don't post more than that, and that might help keep the spam to a minimum. Of course, the spammers would probably just keep creating new usernames to get around it.
It's just frustrating to not have a way to battle them.
