I just noticed that Theresa gave birth in Hackensack. I'm not really familiar with NJ geography, but I DO know that my stepdad's family is in the hackensack area. Maybe i'll see the RHONJ ladies when I go and visit.

A friend of mine from college grew up in New Jersey, and she ended up having her wedding reception (about 5 years ago) at the Brownstone. I'm so jealous, haha!

how long did they tape this season? was it like 2 weeks or 2 months?
i know the magic of editing and whatnot... but i feel like i'm watching danielle in the middle of a breakdown. i would hate to think she acted this way for months and months on end (although she's clearly BEEN crazy for a while)...
i hope the season was taped and wrapped quickly and we're just seeing the foolishness long and drawn out - if that makes sense.

Answer to the question as to why Danielle was so definite and/or defensive that her boob job was a MEDICAL procedure and not cosmetic: So that her medical insurance would pay a major part of the procedure and she could, if she is able to depending on income etc. write off the rest of it on her income tax.
Not for nothing do I live in SoCal.
And, the salary difference is because Jill (and I believe the rest of the RHNYC) have better lawyers.
I love Caroline. Her speech to her son (the one with learning disabilities) should be the played for every kid who has to fight learning challenges if their parents aren't able to do it.
(Don't particularly like/watch OC and Atlanta....but these two shows...uh yes!)
And the reason that RHNYC is introducing new women as tryouts is because Bethenny is leaving the show to do her own show.

You raise an excellent point!! I never thought of it like that. This is all about making sure someone ELSE pays her medical bills. Danielle is such an attention whore! It seemed like she kept trying to make every little thing larger than what it was: "Get her away from me! ... I can't move!! ... I was attacked!! ... She pulled my hair and now my neck hurts, ... I have trouble turning my neck now ... I can't look up anymore ..." or whatever the hell she was screaming. Now it all makes sense!
I just stood there in my tracks, unable to move, as these grown a$$ women showed the entire nation how childish they are. I mean, Teresa knows good and doggone well she did NOT just HAVE to "say hello" to Danielle. It seemed very orchestrated. She KNEW it would cause drama, ... especially with all the neck rolling and the finger waving. I mean, are you SERIOUS?!?! It was like a scene from Jerry Springer! I have a sneaky suspicion her house might be going into foreclosure after all, because, although she denied it, Teresa had a difficult time shielding what looked to be a very embarassed smile as she yelled "No it's not!!!" at Danielle. And why was her story so choppy and inaccurate as she told her husband the course of events which took place? I can probably credit (or blame) the producers due to any editing done.
I'm still laughing at the "brutha" who made the comment to Teresa, "Alright, now, wait a minute now ... You comin' close to a Bentley now, ... I don't need you messin' up THAT ..." LOLOLOL!! ~sweeeeeeeeet~
Oh, yeah, ... and Ashley needs her a$$ beat. This girl needs some drama in her life by any means necessary because she has absolutely no life.

Danielle: "Don't call me 'honey.' "
Teresa: "How about 'bitch'? Is 'bitch' better?"

Yikes. Tonight's episode was like the NY episode when Kelly had a complete meltdown, in that I almost feel like it's inappropriate for a reality show [disclaimer: I still watched it!].
I feel like I'm watching someone have a complete mental breakdown and I'm wrestling with whether I should be watching this on tv for entertainment. Danielle shouldn't be a cast member on a show like this; she's not mentally or emotionally healthy at all. When she started talking about how the other women were on a mission to "kill Danielle" I just kept thinking of when Kelly thought Bethenny was coming after her.

Please note: Danielle has appeared, quite gleefully (pun possibly intended: see below) in the Watch What Happens this season. Kelly didn't appear in a Watch episode, and was quite subdued during the Reunion epsiodes. Danielle promoed her song, which was (contrary to her behavior in this and other seasons) had, as I understand it, lesbian overtones. (I haven't stayed awake long enough to watch the dvr'd episode.) The NJ was filmed months ago, so Danielle has made a remarkable recovery.
Danielle is probably crazy, or at least borderline. But she is great TV and she knows it. Reality is personality driven and the ratings are excellent. So, I can't wait to see tonight's episode.
I feel the sorriest for her kids. I can't wait for their book.

I also got the whole "should I be watching this" feeling, but I watched it anyways! lol
The idea that Danielle actually was supposedly fainting and couldn't walk out of FEAR, is insane! She's insane! Yeah Teresa could have been a little instigator (although I'm very much like Teresa, I would have done it all---even walking to Danielle's car), but it wasn't like she had even laid a hand on Danielle. Danielle just ran away for nothing.
OMG Ashley pulled on her hair, no I don't believe that Ashley pulled out that chunk of hair, because umm.....when someone pulls out your hair, usually THEY have it, not you. So I don't buy the whole "this is the hair that Ashley pulled out." Besides I don't think extensions count as 'your' hair.
The whole knife/9 mm was a "wah wah waaaaah" moment...kinda disappointed in that, but what followed was more than enough entertainment for me. lol

I laughed through this whole episode.
And I understand Ashley being upset with Jacquelyn. She's a teenager. She wants to know that what she did was right and good but in reality it wasn't. (although I laughed my ass off) I'm sure deep down inside Jacquelyn is laughing too.

Ashley is remarkably like Danielle... drama oriented, prone to violence, hears what she wants to hear, and completely narcissistic. They are soulmates, if they but knew it.
Teresa definitely instigated a little. Her line, "I'm so nice. I'm the most polite person. I'm like that, I'm kind..." is hilarious, but BS. I love her, but a sainted peacemaker, she ain't.
Caroline is really pretty this season...hair, makeup and clothing all works really well!

Absolutely true. Ashley has the excuse of youth and immaturity. Danielle has....
